The Backstage Learning Program started in 2023 as a way to give theatre school students a chance to observe the reality of life backstage during a live performance.

Students have the opportunity to shadow various positions backstage, or in the booth, depending on their interests. We partner with the University of Winnipeg and University of Manitoba to allow their students to get an immersive, hands-on experience in addition to their curriculum.

This year, the program is expanding to include emerging artists, donors, and members of the public!
